For the last 3 years of public opinion polls and interviewing of public attitude towards the current political system of Russia, there has been revealed the essentialdisappointment of Russian people at current government policy. Though it is necessary to mention that these protests are much less numerous than protests in 2011. Mass protests, caused by numerousfalsifications of the election results, followed the last months of 2011 and became one of the most important tendencies of modern Russian policy.
Professionals in the area of political analysis are aware of the fact that massive and impertinent forgeries can provokeclashes in Russia. Neither Russian authorities, nor both professionals in the area of political technologies and even members of protests could imagine protests to happen in Russia.Such openly revealed hate towards Putin was incredible in the Russian federation.
Putin was quite disappointed with these protests, it took him unexpectedly. Searching for any instruments to eliminate mass protests, Russian government started to check any possible variants of mutual concessions. The government clearly realized that the plot and scheme of Arabic spring -2011 might be used to arrange clashes in Moscow. Such political parties and movements as “Another Russia” and “Parnas” have been described as the movement for democratic development and purification of Russia. Russian government took decision to prevent concolidation of radical and intellectual resources of Russian society, as it was enough to make successful revolution in Russia. For the purpose of eliminating the protests, many public movements’ registrations were banned, many meetings were dispersed. Russian law was changed and it is much harder to announce public meeting in Russia now. Selective judgment and persecutions are set in Russian federation as a rule. The aim is to force most part of protest leaders to stop their activity, for the sake of their personal freedom and the freedom and safety of their relatives.
Mr. Putin realizes the fact that there is no chance to pursue protest meetings and to start revolution in the time of high oil prices. The prosperity removed common people from power. They have no aim to fight for the changes. So-called oil incomes gave the government a chance to promote ideas of opposition as destructive power. By the time of March 2014 Putin had incredible level of social support – it was more than 90%. His decision to annex Crimea was wrong idea, as it gave only temporary result. Soon, the excitement of empire enlargement was changed with disappointment as either invasion of Crimea or intrusion into Eastern Ukraine gave nothing to Russian society. Likewise, most part of western countries has run sanctions against Russia to force it to stop aggression against Ukraine. Political and financial situation in Russia is going to get worse month by month. By the time of the next election campaign, Putin will not have enough money to arrange victory for himself, and the sanctions are one of the influent reasons for stagnation of Russian economy. It is straight plan not to make ruins in Russia, but to make its government reload the foreign policy. Sanctions are instrument to prevent clashes and riots in Russian cities, and to start new era of Russia – time of prosperity, human rights and democracy.
