W umowie będzie określone wynagrodzenie prowizyjne POL-CAT S.A. za świadczone producentom i dystrybutorom sprzedawanych towarów usługi pośrednictwa handlowego zależne od uzyskanych cen sprzedaży ich towarów,
4.POL-CAT S.A. zastrzega sobie dowolność kształtowania oferty handlowej w tym narzędzi i elektronarzędzi profesjonalnych co do doboru narzędzi i marek oraz i prawo do negocjowania ramowych cen zakupu narzędzi i elektronarzędzi i osprzętu do nich oraz innych wyrobów,

9.Wszyscy pracownicy POL-CAT S.A. są wyłącznymi i równymi udziałowcami w akcjach POL-CAT S.A. i mogą je odsprzedać wyłącznie POL-CAT S.A. za ich udział w wartości POL-CAT S.A. obliczanej jako trzyletnia wartość sprzedaży podzielona przez aktualną liczbę pracowników pomniejszona o sumę wypłaconych wszystkich pensji,
10. Połowa całkowitej uzyskanej prowizji POL-CAT S.A. będzie przeznaczona na finansowanie nauki.
